1. Who we are (controller)
This website (soloopsstack.com, “SoloOps Stack”) is operated by Diogo Garcia (“we”, “us”).
Postal address: R. Joaquim Avelino, 8 - Perpétuo Socorro, Altamira - PA, 68377-570, Brazil.
Email: diogojunior058@gmail.com
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we process personal data in line with the UK GDPR / EU GDPR principles described below, alongside applicable Brazilian law (including the LGPD) for the operator’s establishment in Brazil.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, the legal bases we rely on, how long we keep it, who we share it with, international transfers, cookies, and your rights.
3. Personal data we collect
3.1 Email you send us
If you email diogojunior058@gmail.com, we process the content of your message and your email address (and any other details you include) so we can read and reply. There is no contact form on this site.
3.2 Analytics (only after consent)
If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we may load Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 may process online identifiers (for example cookie IDs), approximate location derived from IP, device/browser information, and page-view / event data (including an optional click_affiliate event when you confirm an exit link). Until you Accept, analytics storage remains denied under Consent Mode v2 and GA4 scripts are not loaded.
3.3 Local preference storage
We store your cookie choice in your browser’s localStorage key sos_cookie_consent_v1so we can remember Accept or Reject. This is not used for advertising profiles.
3.4 Server / hosting logs
Our hosting or CDN provider may process standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URL) for security, abuse prevention and service reliability. Retention depends on the provider’s configuration once hosting is active.
4. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to emails you send | Email content and address | Legitimate interests (UK GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) in corresponding with readers; and/or steps at your request before a contract if you ask for a specific service arrangement |
| Measure aggregated site use (GA4) | Analytics identifiers and events | Consent (UK GDPR art. 6(1)(a); PECR regulation 6 for non-essential cookies/storage) |
| Remember cookie choice | localStorage preference | Legitimate interests in respecting your choice / compliance with PECR expectations |
| Secure and operate the website | Technical logs | Legitimate interests in security and availability (art. 6(1)(f)) |
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by clearing site data for soloopsstack.com and choosing Reject, or by emailing us.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) reg. 6, we do not set non-essential analytics cookies until you Accept. Reject is offered with equal prominence and does not block reading the site.
- Essential / functional: remembering your consent choice in localStorage.
- Analytics (GA4) — optional: only after Accept. Typical Google Analytics cookies may include identifiers such as
_gaand_ga_*(names can vary). They help us understand which pages are used.
GA4 is not enabled until a real Measurement ID is configured by the operator. While the Measurement ID remains unset, Accept will not load Google tags.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Depending on configuration, processors may include:
- Email providers used to receive mail at diogojunior058@gmail.com;
- Website hosting / CDN providers for soloopsstack.com;
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited for GA4 if you consent (processing may occur in the United States and other countries).
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we will rely on an appropriate mechanism available for that transfer (for example, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy regulation) as applicable to the processor contract in force at the time.
If you follow a link to a vendor’s website (including via /go/), that vendor’s own privacy notice applies to data they collect.
7. Retention
- Email correspondence: kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable archive period for legitimate business and legal claims (typically up to 24 months after the last message, unless a longer period is required).
- GA4 data: retained according to the retention setting configured in the GA4 property (to be set when GA4 is activated; review at activation).
- Consent preference: until you clear site data or change your choice.
- Security logs: according to the host’s log retention (typically 30–90 days unless investigating an incident).
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data in certain cases;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability for data you provided where processing is based on consent or contract;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example the UK Information Commissioner’s Office — ico.org.uk — or your local EU authority; in Brazil, ANPD).
To exercise rights, email diogojunior058@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.
9. Children
This site is aimed at adults evaluating business tools. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
