3. Nature of the content

SoloOps Stack publishes informational reviews, comparisons and planning guides about software tools. Content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or professional advice. Product features, prices and programme rules change; always verify details on the vendor’s official site before buying.

We do not promise earnings, rankings, traffic, conversions or business outcomes from using any tool mentioned on this site. Where we say a guide is documentation-based, it is not a hands-on test report unless we clearly state otherwise.

4. Independence and trademarks

SoloOps Stack is an independent site. Vendor names and logos identify products we discuss. Their use does not imply ownership, endorsement, employment, certification or partnership with those vendors. We do not call ourselves a “Partner” of HubSpot or any other vendor unless a verified programme status allows it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of Altamira, Pará, Brazil have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.

Consumer protections: if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union or another country that grants you mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable rights, including any right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where mandatory law so provides.
